Phil Graham leads Harneys’ digital assets practice globally. Active in the space since 2015, he formed one of the first digital asset investment funds and acted on the largest ICO of the era.

Phil’s clients include “blue chip” digital asset projects and funds, centralised exchanges and other digital asset service providers. He is an active thought leader in the space with regular material published, including co-hosting the “Piano Lessons” podcast with Marc Piano. He advises across all elements of BVI law and is well regarded for innovation, responsiveness and delivery.

Phil serves as chairman of the BVI Investment Funds Association and consults regularly with government and the regulator on legislative development and the impact of regulatory change, including the BVI’s Virtual Asset Service Providers Act and other key legislation and regulation involving digital assets.
