Michael serves as a director and consultant to Web3 businesses. In providing these services, Michael draws upon over 10 years of experience working as an attorney in private practice. He is a former Managing Associate at Ogier in the Cayman Islands and was a key individual in Ogier’s digital asset practice. He is a recognized and recommended lawyer by international ranking agency Legal500 and has been noted as a “rising star” in both 2022 and 2023.

Michael is a thought leader and an industry specialist advising blockchain and virtual asset businesses and projects using offshore entities.
